The Pine Leaf Boys are one of Louisiana’s most celebrated Cajun and Creole music ensembles, known for bridging the past and present of southwest Louisiana’s musical heritage. Formed by long-time friends in Lafayette, they’ve built an exuberant sound that blends traditional Cajun two-steps and waltzes with Swamp-Pop, soul, and boogie woogie rock ’n’ roll energy.
Led by GRAMMY winning accordionist and pianist Wilson Savoy, the band has garnered multiple GRAMMY nominations itself, and served as cultural ambassadors with numerous international tours sponsored by the U.S. State Department. Their repertoire honors the roots of Cajun music while infusing it with a youthful, dynamic spirit, making dance halls and festival fields alike come alive.
