Multiple-time judge and winner of food competitions, Wing Lam has been featured on Food Network Beach Eats , GGG ( Guy’s Grocery Games ), Food Uncovered, ABC’s Secret Millionaire, Discovery Channel, Undercover Billionaire, and as a Disney California Adventure Food & Wine festival celebrity chef since 2006.
Wing was also the James Beard House first QSR featured chef and still the only one.
